- A challenging regeneration project on a steeply sloping site encompassing houses and apartments of mixed tenure.
- The 15 metre level change across the site required innovative solutions to provide mobility access to units and to maximise usable garden space.
- The scheme included road and sewer adoptions, sewer diversions and devesting and a complex Section 278 Agreement due to temporary road closure and traffic management during construction.
