- A demanding scheme for 294 retirement properties plus leisure facilities, library, doctors surgery and shop on a steeply sloping site on the outside of Denham.
- With the aid of 3 Dimensional Modelling we were able to rationalise the scheme to balance the cut and fill volumes whilst delivering a scheme that meets Part M access requirements wherever possible.
- The scheme also utilised a full SUD’s approach to the surface water drainage prior to the introduction of PPS25 with several innovative techniques to overcome site constraints.
