- This development for Paradigm Housing was to replace an existing care facility with much needed affordable housing close to the centre of Oxford.
- Timber frame construction was utilised for the three storey flats and terraced dwellings. All hard standing areas including the adoptable access road used permeable paving to meet with sustainable home targets and to provide a positive benefit to the environment.
